Verstappen Vs Leclerc In Austria, Who Was At Fault?

Who Was At Fault In Austria? Let's Take A Look At A Fans Perspective
On lap 69 Max Verstappen made the decision to go down the inside of Charles Leclerc, controversially running him out of the road and off of the track which significantly reduced the Ferrari's momentum coming out of turn 3 losing him the win.
I asked @max.verstappen333 what she thought of the incident, she said that she believed it to be true "racing!" She commented on the incident stating that Verstappen "made a tactical move that Leclerc hadn't realised." I agree with this statement because to both of us, Leclerc made the mistake of moving to the outside not the inside of the corner which gave the dutch driver the advantage that he needed.
I also asked @formula.hybrid about the controversial move, stating that he believed it to "fair racing" although "Max should have left Charles more room."
What did you think? Do you agree with the stewards not penalising Verstappen after the race?
